WASHINGTON 鈥� Bethesda, Maryland-based Moby Dick House of Kabob will open its first restaurant outside of the D.C.-metro area in Baltimore.
It will be Moby Dick’s 23rd location.
The Baltimore location, in the Hampden neighborhood at The Rotunda 鈥� a development that includes apartments, shops and other restaurants 鈥� will open in November.
鈥淏altimore is a great city and we鈥檙e excited to become part of this community. We look forward to building relationships with the people here and serving them delicious food,鈥� said Mike Daryoush, the restaurant鈥檚 founder.
Moby Dick opened its first restaurant in Bethesda in 1989.
It most recently acquired longtime family-owned Bethesda restaurant Stromboli, located next to its Bethesda Moby Dick location on Wisconsin Avenue, and will reopen the Stromboli restaurant, with the same name and a similar Italian menu, after renovations, early next year.
