Among the mourners was Doris Dixon, of D.C., who remembers the family for its generosity.

鈥淎my and Savvas were wonderful, wonderful people 鈥 very generous. Amy and I were on a committee of the opera together, and they opened their home to our events,鈥 Dixon said.

Daron Wint is charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of the聽Savopoulos family and Figueroa. Authorities say in court papers that they believe others were involved, but currently, Wint is the only person charged.
