WASHINGTON 鈥� A man was struck and killed by a car early Sunday morning in Northwest D.C.
Police said the collision occurred聽around 3 a.m. in the 5300 block of Georgia Avenue in Northwest.
Jonathan Ramos-Ayala, 23, of D.C., was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
During the investigation, police closed聽off Georgia Avenue for hours.
