WASHINGTON 鈥� A 31-year-old man faces murder charges, but Fairfax County police say the victim has yet to be identified.
Charged with murder is聽Ubaldo Lopez Yanez of no fixed address.
Police say preliminary information indicates both men were homeless and using an unoccupied apartment in Annandale, Virginia.
The victim suffered trauma to the upper body, although the exact cause and manner of death will be determined by the Office of the Medical Examiner. Police say they were called to聽4200 block of Wadsworth Court Thursday afternoon for a report of an unresponsive man.
