WASHINGTON 鈥� Montgomery County police say a “ghost bike,” which sat as a memorial for a U.S. Navy SEAL who was struck and killed while riding his bicycle last year, has been聽stolen.
On Friday, Montgomery County police say the bike, located in the聽6100 block of Massachusetts Avenue in Bethesda, was taken sometime between May 26 and May 30.
The all-white聽bike draped with The American flag sat as a memorial for聽.
Holden, 64, was a highly decorated Navy SEAL who worked as a counterterrorism expert for the military.
