WASHINGTON – The rock ‘n roll rumor mill has been spinning ever it was revealed May 19. The question on everyone’s mind: Could the Rolling Stones make an appearance?
According to Keith Richards, no.
Richards tells Rolling Stone magazine that he’s talked to Jagger, who told him that doing the show is something he said yes to many months ago and that Jagger is “on his own.”
Richards did concede that he’d “probably” be watching. And, as Stones watchers know, just because one of them says one thing is going to happen doesn’t mean it won’t change.
