Chef Mike Isabella plans to lend out his restaurant Graffiato to friends once a month for “Industry Takeover Nights,” .
On the first Monday of the month, chef friends and mixologists will server late-night snacks at the pizza bar, as well as cocktail specials.
The events will be open to the public, but industry members in particular are encouraged to attend.
