WASHINGTON – Montgomery County police say a missing Silver Spring man has been found.
John Kevin Connolly, 58, was reported missing Tuesday night, after having last been seen Monday.
The family was concerned for his welfare because he did not have his medications with him nor credit cards, a phone or vehicle.
