WASHINGTON – A construction worker is stuck in a trench with mud and water up to his waist, says Frederick County Fire and Rescue.
Emergency crews are working to get the man out of the trench located on Eaglehead Drive in Linganore.

A spokesman from Frederick County Fire says the man was working on a water supply line at the site but they don’t know how he got stuck.
The man is in stable condition.
